About Us

Donovan’s Supper Club is a forthcoming Coastal Casual dining establishment located in Panama City, Florida. Executive Chef Thomas Stukenborg will utilize his expertise and experience to create outstanding culinary offerings. Donovan’s Supperclub and Cocktails will source ingredients from local farmers, feature fresh seafood caught each day, and include carefully chosen beef, chicken, pork, and wild game. Guests can relish a spot at the Chef Bar, enjoy handcrafted cocktails, and partake in a table-side cooking experience.

Dress Code:
The Supperclub requires smart and elegant attire. Entrance will not be permitted for guests wearing beachwear, baseball hats, athletic attire, or hoodies. Jackets are not required for men.

Reservations:
Reservations are recommended. Phone calls will be answered from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM for questions or bookings. For parties of 7 or more, please email us or call between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Christmas Parties:
We are now taking reservations for Christmas parties. Please direct inquiries to dining@donovansupperclub.com.

Our Story

Donovan's SupperClub and Cocktails in Panama City, FL, offers a "Coastal Casual" dining experience that blends sophisticated cuisine with a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. Under Executive Chef Thomas Stukenborg, the menu focuses on superior quality ingredients, including locally sourced, sustainable Gulf seafood, fresh local produce, and a curated selection of high-quality meats and wild game. For parties of 6 or more, please email dining@donovansupperclub.com or call 850-785-9617. If you call during dinner service and your call is missed. We will return your call the following day.

Parties of 8 or more require a deposit upon booking, the amount of which depends on the group size

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Evening at Donovan's Supper Club After my wife patiently waited forever for me to finally make dinner reservations, I decided it was time to do it right, and Donovan's Supper Club did not disappoint. We started with the Creamy Warm Brie, served with toasted walnuts, focaccia, and an incredible orange-cranberry compote reduction. It was the perfect blend of rich, savory, and sweet flavors and set the tone for the evening. For her entrée, my wife chose the From the Bay Stuffed Baked Potato, loaded with sautéed sea scallops, shrimp, blue crab, Chardonnay herb Parmesan cream, and arugula pesto. It was absolutely packed with seafood and flavor. In fact, the portion was so generous that I'll be enjoying the leftovers for dinner tonight. I had some of them for lunch at work today and they were just as amazing the next day. I went with the Chef's Elk Chops, perfectly prepared and topped with a cranberry-balsamic reduction, accompanied by whipped potatoes and heirloom carrots. The elk was tender, flavorful, and cooked beautifully. It was one of the best game dishes I've had in a long time. Although we were completely full, we couldn't pass up dessert. We chose to take home the Pecan Pie Bread Pudding, featuring rum brown sugar caramel sauce, fresh strawberries, and vanilla bean ice cream. It was every bit as decadent and delicious as it sounds. What truly makes Donovan's special is the atmosphere. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, planning a quiet romantic date night, or simply want to enjoy meaningful conversation without fighting crowds and noise, this is the place to go. The intimate setting, outstanding food, and attentive service make it easy to focus on what matters most: the person sitting across the table. Absolutely delicious. Donovan’s Supperclub was one of the best meals I’ve had in Panama City. The food was excellent from start to finish—great flavors, quality ingredients, and everything was prepared perfectly. My first time here and I must say I was impressed. The staff was very friendly and attentive even gave me recommendations for food. The ambiance was nice and relaxing as well. I ordered a sidecar to start with and it was perfectly strong ! For my dinner, I tried the Mardi Gras penne pasta. When I tell you this dish was jammed packed with soooo much flavor you have to come try it yourself. The shrimp were very large and they weren't stingy, the sausage were perfect and you had crawfish in every bit.

Me and my husband and another couple went while vacationing in Panama City Beach. It was an amazing fine dining experience. Don't let the outside fool you. The dining room is beautiful. The atmosphere gives a fine dining vibe but it is very cozy and welcoming and did not feel stuffy at all. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We sat at the bar because that's where we like to sit. Our bartender, Sarah, was very knowledgeable about the menu and a lot of fun to talk to. We tried a couple different craft cocktails. The Sage Blossom was my favorite and my husband loved the EH Taylor Smoked Old Fashion. We started with the Cocktail Salties and those were the best little snack while you try to decide what else to try. Best Pecans I have ever had. We went with the special that evening. The portions are a very generous size. You will not go home hungry. We had the Crab Tower for an appetizer which is a delicious crab dip. We also shared the Lobster Mac n Cheese and that was delicious! I would definitely order that again. Our friends had the Mardi Gras Penne Pasta and Bronzed Triple Tail. They loved both of those. I tried the Triple Tail and I have to say that was a delicious fish that was seasoned and cooked perfectly. We will definitely make this a regular dining experience when we are in PCB.
