About Us

Donovan’s Supper Club is a forthcoming Coastal Casual dining establishment located in Panama City, Florida. Executive Chef Thomas Stukenborg will utilize his expertise and experience to create outstanding culinary offerings. Donovan’s Supperclub and Cocktails will source ingredients from local farmers, feature fresh seafood caught each day, and include carefully chosen beef, chicken, pork, and wild game. Guests can relish a spot at the Chef Bar, enjoy handcrafted cocktails, and partake in a table-side cooking experience.

Our Story

Donovan's SupperClub and Cocktails in Panama City, FL, offers a "Coastal Casual" dining experience that blends sophisticated cuisine with a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. Under Executive Chef Thomas Stukenborg, the menu focuses on superior quality ingredients, including locally sourced, sustainable Gulf seafood, fresh local produce, and a curated selection of high-quality meats and wild game. The dining experience is enhanced by options like dynamic tableside preparation, a sophisticated craft cocktail program, and a beautifully decorated interior that combines coastal comfort with supper-club refinement, positioning Donovan's Supperclub and Cocktails as an elevated dining destination in the area.

For parties of 6 or more, please email dining@donovansupperclub.com or call 850-785-9617. If you call during dinner service and your call is missed. We will return your call the following day.

Parties of 8 or more require a deposit upon booking, the amount of which depends on the group size

Awesome experience. Atmosphere surprisingly good including appropriate live musician on the electric keyboard perfect for the setting. Service was great - mixed a great martini and the triple tail may be the best seafood dish I've ever had. Pricey for Panama City but worth every penny imo. Put it in your rotation.
